Aliens exist nowhere….!!

Aliens exist nowhere….!!

By: Saadeqa Khan

“Only two possibilities exist, either we are alone in this universe or not, both  are equally terrifying”.

The mankind is residing on a unique planet, having a bulk of creatures, categorized as the plants, animals and greatest of them, all is the human being. our planet earth has a continuous series of genetic reproduction of all these species since the beginning due to its suitable environment. The most significant of them is that we are blessed with a planet that lies exactly in the habitable zone of the natural source of energy, “the Sun”.

We have a shelter in the solar system, where the essential elements of life gently mixed together in the warm churning area, a sort of environment where life can develop. either the mankind is the only wise creature of this universe or Aliens are somewhere, is the question, the scientists and researchers are scratching their heads since decades, but no clear evidence of human-like creature on any other planet, that seemingly identical to earth yet they found.
Before going into further details regarding the research and breakthrough, have a brief  look at the possibilities that life might exist somewhere in the universe. The most important of them is the planet’s distance from its host star, it should be within the habitable zone of that star. When the cosmologists went out surveying the sky for new planets, the first clue that life might exist on that super earth is the presence of methane as a by-product as well as nitrous oxide. On the early stage, the main focus of astronomers is on star’s brightness, that would indicate its size and mass. Among all newly developed techniques, the “transit method is preferred by scientists in order to detect and collect the related data out of a specific star. If its brightness dims periodically over a course of time, then chances would be far higher that this star would have been a planet orbiting in its habitable zone. Further, the spectrometer and doppler’s shift techniques contribute a lot in examining the color of light, Red, and blue shifts more precisely along with the radius and size other notable characteristics of that planet.
Later on, after discovering a planet in the habitable zone, the researcher focused their efforts on the light that is coming up towards the earth. The most lionize for them are the spectral lines those could indicate the presence of volatile gasses like oxygen, nitrous oxide, and methane in its atmosphere. If the spectral line shows the great amount of methane much more that could be obtained by volcanos and other non-life based sources. over the careful observation of course of several years, if the turnout shows the presence of methane, nitrous oxide and other markers of biological life then it will be a breakthrough, they are found a planet with life.
But still, albeit of these techniques, those are too good, the cosmologists are far more apart in full filling the dream to  discover aliens somewhere out in the universe. Hopefully in future with new techniques and modern technology, might be they are able to find out a super earth with the better ability to observe and measure this vast universe. according to Harvard University researchers, till 2018 they will launch a new telescope far more powerful than Hubble, they would capable of retrieving the man like creature outside our solar system.

However the prominent scientist and cosmologist “Stephen Hawking” has warned the human does not make a contact with Aliens, stated recently, the chances are a bit higher, the Alien's civilizations might be far more developed and would have better technology than us that could be harmful to mankind. But either the Aliens would happen to be amicable with earthly creatures or proved antagonist, Hawking has firm believe that they are exist somewhere in the universe.
